Darren DiGiacomo is one of New Jersey's most respected Personal Trainers. He began training clients at Rutgers University in the early 90's after realizing he could really make a positive difference in people's lives.. After college he ran a cutting edge nutrition and training program for Gold's Gym. By the late 90's, Darren had become the Nutritionist and Head Personal Trainer for New Jersey's most prestigious Personal Training Studio at the time where he created and ran a highly successful 12 week nutrition program. He also hired and trained the personal training staff and ran monthly continuing education programs and meetings for the trainers.

Working in the Summit and Short Hills area over the past 17 years, Darren has been improving the lives of many dedicated local residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes some degree of discipline and determination. But Darren's specialized techniques make his workouts highly effective while softing the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and increasing one's energy levels instead of wiping them out.
Darren majored in Nutrition at Rutgers University in New Brunswick and holds a Master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioining Association (NSCA).
